Saman is a Fellow Member of the CA of Sri Lanka and an Associate Member of the CMA of Sri Lanka. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Colombo. He also holds a PDBA from University of Ruhuna and a B.Sc. in Business Administration (Hons) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Saman carries more than eight years of experience in providing audit and advisory services at KPMG Sri Lanka and Maldives. He has thirteen years of experience as Head of Finance at Harischandra Mills PLC. He also serves as the CEO of Green House group of companies, secretary to the board of MDCCI and committee member of SME Task Force of CA Sri Lanka.

Udani is an Attorney-at-law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. She holds a Bachelor’s degree of Laws (LLB) (Hons) from the University of London and she is an Associate Member of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka. During her seven years of legal practice she had exposure of various business affairs allowing her to gain numerous types of experiences.

Hiranthi is a Diploma holder in HRM from the Institute of Personal Management, Sri Lanka and she holds a Dip. in Secretarial Studies from the Institute of Professional Studies, Sri Lanka. She further holds a Dip. in Computer Studies from IDPM Institute of Data Processing & Management and a Dip. in English from the British Council. Hiranthi has served KPMG Sri Lanka and Maldives for 30 years. She was well capable in handling all Human resources and Administrative work, such as talent acquisition, training and development, resolving disputes, handling grievances and consultation, in addition to her expertise in corporate secretarial tasks.

Kasun is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. He holds a B.Sc. in Business Information Systems (Hons) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Being a Consultant at M/s. KPMG Chartered Accountants, he has served many clients in various industries. Following the stint at KPMG, he has worked at managerial positions in renowned companies.
